For a number of years, Claus Kornval has been engaged with search on managerial and specialist level, mainly within Life Science, Medico, FMCG, IT, Finance and Management Consulting in both Danish and international companies. Most recently he was Partner in an international Executive Search company.

Besides extensive experience within recruitment of key persons for a wide group of companies, Claus has personal leadership experience from for instance the aviation industry, sports and media.
