Christian has solid experience from the recruitment industry, where he primarily has recruited for positions within industrial-, tech- and construction industry at specialist and management level. His career within recruitment began as Commercial Manager in a start-up company, where he among others were responsible for recruitment as well as sales & marketing, followed by a position as Recruitment Consultant in an international recruitment company.

Christian has an extensive network in the Danish business community. Most recently, he has been part of Danish business promotion with focus on HR, digitalisation, exports and green transformation as Chief Consultant in Business Horsens and furthermore involved in various mentor networks over the years. Christian is based at Pointer A/S ’office near Aarhus, where he primarily will serve customers in Jutland and on Fynen.
