Klaus Brund has extensive and versatile experience within Executive Search from renowned Danish recruitment firms, spanning more than 25 years across industries and functions.

After more than 10 years in various roles within real estate and investment, export sales, and technical sales, Klaus found his lasting career path within Executive Search at management and specialist level. He has developed expertise within industry, marine, and technology, successfully completing a wide range of highly specialized recruitment assignments at both specialist and leadership level – tasks requiring deep understanding, insight, and network.

Throughout his long career as a Search Consultant, Klaus has worked closely with executives and directors across numerous large and mid-sized Danish and international production companies, building a far-reaching network as well as strong knowledge of this part of Danish business.

Klaus holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (cand.merc.) and a Graduate Diploma (HD) in Marketing Economics – both from Copenhagen Business School. He is based at our Copenhagen office, from where he collaborates with clients across the country.
