Dorthe Kjær has solid organizational and leadership experience, giving her a strong understanding of the challenges business leaders face today. Her background has primarily been within sales and marketing in international IT companies, where she has worked with both partners and vendors. The many years of experience in the IT industry have provided Dorthe with deep insight into IT and a particular expertise in digital transformation.

Since 2017, Dorthe has worked as a Search Consultant, collaborating with a wide range of Danish companies within IT, finance, pharma & medico, and retail among others. She has built a strong and wide network – among both executives and specialists. Dorthe has been part of the Pointer team since 2019 and works from our office in Copenhagen.

Dorthe holds a Graduate Diploma (HD) in Organization & Management and in International Marketing Management from Copenhagen Business School.
