Christian has solid experience from the recruitment industry, having worked with a wide range of Danish companies within industry, technology, construction, utilities among others. His experience covers C-level positions as well as the levels immediately below, and many of his clients have collaborated with him for several years. With a foundation in source-based recruitment, he assists them with Executive Search, Coaching, and leadership advisory.

Christian’s career began as Commercial Manager in a start-up company, giving him personal experience with entrepreneurship and business leadership. He has also been part of Danish business development focusing on HR, digitalization, export, and the green transition as Chief Consultant at Business Horsens. Alongside his career, he has for several years been actively engaged in various mentoring networks.

Christian has been part of the Pointer team since 2021 and works from our office near Aarhus, collaborating with clients across the country.

Christian holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Innovation Management) from Aarhus BSS.
