Pointer A/S is pleased to welcome Partner Morten Andersen.

Morten has solid operational and leadership experience from the consulting industry and has delivered results for both Danish and international organisations for more than 25 years.

Throughout his career, Morten has worked extensively with numerous specialized industries as well as large international organisations, publicly listed and foundation-owned companies as well as smaller Danish enterprises. His experience has provided him with a deep understanding of a wide range of business and organisational challenges. He uses this insight for coaching and strategic sparring with leaders on trends and markets development – as well as development of their organisations.

Morten has through the years built an extensive Danish and international network at C-level, managerial- and specialist level while managing both Danish and international recruitment processes. This has given him a profound insight into different cultures and the global candidate market, as well as a strong network at executive level of Danish business.

Morten has served several terms as Chairman of the Search & Recruitment Industry Association, where he has worked to elevate quality standards within the industry. In addition, he has been a Board Member of the British Chamber of Commerce Denmark since 2020.

Morten holds a Diploma in Strategy & Business and has participated in a wide range of international leadership courses. He will be based at Pointer A/S’ headquarters at Amaliegade in Copenhagen, from where he will collaborate with clients and candidates – across Denmark and internationally.
