Pointer A/S has the pleasure of welcoming a new Senior Consultant – Kim Michael Bilbo.

Kim has solid management experience within HR – among other things, he has worked with leadership and talent development. He began his career in the Danish Air Force and was Head of Education until 2000. Subsequently, he joined Danske Bank Group HR and later DEAS, where Kim was HR Director. Kim has been part of the search industry since 2012, where he has conducted many comprehensive and complex recruitment tasks at specialist and management level – especially within the financial sector and the construction industry.

Kim has a management education from the Air Force’s Sergeant and Reserve Officers School.
