Pointer A/S got off to a good start in 2021 with many new, exciting search tasks and we are working intensively in the office in Amaliegade and Jutland. In connection to this, we have the pleasure of welcoming a new Partner – Jimmy Rose.

Jimmy has extensive management and executive experience from complex Nordic and global organizations with commercial and strategic roles within IT and HR. He has been responsible for major organizational and digital transformations in a number of industries – especially consulting companies and financial services.

Jimmy started his career in Nets as a System Developer and Project Manager. This was followed by a number of management roles at Capgemini, latest as HR Director. Since then, his focus has been within management development and search and for the past many years, he has conducted numerous search assignments at management, middle management and specialist level. In addition, Jimmy has extensive experience in using assessment tools, such as Hogan, for potential assessments of managers and management teams in connection with business transformation and acquisitions, among others.

Jimmy was originally educated within IT and has later supplemented with an MBA from Henley Business School and an HD in organization from CBS.
