Pointer OY has been established in cooperation with Odgers Berndtson Finland, who has been recruiting at executive level in Finland for more than 28 years and has an extensive network. Pointer OY’s consultants are all experienced in recruitment at management and specialist level in Finland.

Finland is well-known for its highly skilled and specialized labor and many Danish companies are represented in Finland. We are looking forward to offering our clients recruitment solutions across the borders between Finland and Denmark.
