Pointer thanks all clients and candidates for the cooperation in 2019.

Confidence and sustainability have been a big part of the debate in the past year – including in the recruitment industry.

Confidence has always been important to Pointer. We know that selecting a recruitment partner is a matter of trust. We are very happy that we in 2019 have lived up to the satisfaction of our clients. Thus, our satisfaction survey shows that more than 90% are very satisfied/satisfied with the results we deliver.

In relation to sustainability, we see that positions involving responsibility for sustainability are growing rapidly. Sustainability speaks a lot to the brain, as well as to the heart and to many candidates.

We are pleased to see a great deal of enthusiasm and innovation in our clients. In an even more complex and changeable world, characteristics such as flexibility, delivery of results and drive of both employees and managers will continue to be very important in the coming years.

Pointer continues to have a solid position in the Danish and Greenlandic search market. That position is founded on our high standards of business understanding, quality, discretion and due care and diligence. It is an aspiration level that permeates our company. And we stick to that!
