Pointer A/S is currently celebrating our Partner Claus Kornval’s 10th. anniversary in the company.

Claus started as Senior Consultant in Pointer A/S December 2011 and was appointed Partner in the spring of 2021. Before joining Pointer A/S, he worked as a Recruitment Consultant for a number of years – most recently as a Partner in an international Executive Search company. Over the years, Claus has worked closely with a number of our clients and solved many exciting tasks at management and specialist level, primarily within Technology, Life Science, Medico, FMCG, IT and Management Consulting in both Danish and international companies. In addition to extensive experience in recruiting key employees, Claus has a personal management background from the aviation, sports and media industries.

Claus has an educational background in sales and marketing.
