Pointer in Børsen about our work in Greenland
Pointer Search’s contribution to the professionalisation of Greenlandic boards was recently mentioned by Børsen in their supplement about Greenland. In this, Pointer Search’s CEO Inger Ingvardsen stated, among other things:
“In particularly, environmental issues and CSR have moved into the boardroom and are setting the agenda for our Greenlandic partners. We help identify needs and put together the right competencies at the top management. Following this, we are experiencing an increasing demand for advice on new competencies and composition of boards.”
Since 2008, Pointer Search has serviced a significant number of Greenlandic companies – both at executive management, management and specialist level and we have a team of dedicated employees who are in daily contact with our Greenlandic clients:
“We receive daily updates and know what is happening in Greenland on several levels. Our team is highly dedicated to Greenland and we visit our customers as often as possible. However, we have chosen not to have an office in Greenland, as it is important for us to keep an arm’s length to the companies we collaborate with. The labor market in Greenland is small, and we have, among other things, gained great trust by safeguarding our impartiality” says Inger Marie Ingvardsen to Børsen.
