It is with great pleasure and pride that Pointer announces our collaboration with the renowned Top Executive Coach Stephen Bruyant-Langer.

Stephen has coached the top of Danish business life under the brand: “The Personal Business Plan” since 2012 building an impressive network of 15 Executive Coaches on 5 continents. The Personal Business Plan system is based on an Online Toolkit, which now has users in 96 countries. Many also know Stephen as the author of Your Next Career (2012), The Personal Business Plan (2013) and most recently The Existential Playbook (2024).

Stephen, who has a background in recruitment, has previously worked with Pointer’s CEO Inger Ingvardsen and is a long-time friend of Pointer.

This September, Stephen and Pointer have agreed to formalize our collaboration. In this context, the Pointer Team recently had the pleasure of a very interesting afternoon in the company of Stephen, in which he presented the basic principles of The Personal Business Plan program – followed by a few thought-provoking questions that gave rise to a number of relevant dialogues about the challenges at top management level right now.
