Pointer A/S has this year solved many tasks at management and C-levels – as well as complex specialist positions – in Denmark, Greenland, and internationally. What they all have in common is the importance of new technology in regard to the talent market and our clients. For 2026, we expect – regardless of level and function within an organization – that a deep understanding of how artificial intelligence, robotics, machine learning, and quantum technology can be used now – and in the future – will become essential factors in engaging with tomorrow’s talents.
