Before each search process comes the setting of the search strategy in dialogue with our client, followed by a thorough mapping of markets. Like that, we work out in which industries and companies, potential candidates for the position are employed.
Parallel to this market analysis we do a search in our database and in our large network to make sure that all possibilites are exhausted.
The initial contact to potential candidates is of course discrete. Persons showing an interest in the position are interviewed thoroughly and their experience and competencies are evaluated og compared to the outlined ideal profile. The most obvious among the potential candidates are invited for personal meetings with the consultant in our offices in Nyhavn or in Hinnerup close to Aarhus.
