Thorough preparatory work is crucial to the success of any recruitment. Prior to initiating the search, the consultant and the client discuss in details the company's needs, the job content and the ideal candidate's background, education and not least core competencies.
To target our search, we need in-depth knowledge of the company. For that reason, the consultant wants to learn as much as possible about for instance organisational structure, culture, and corporate values.
Based on the dialogue between client and consultant, we elaborate a profile describing the situation of the company and the area of responsiblity and work tasks of the vacant position. Furthermore, the profile provides an accurate picture of the ideal candidate for the job. It is important that our client and we agree on both content and wording of the final profil since it is our guide in the search and will be handed out to candidates invited to personal interviews.
Parallel to the profile analysis and elaboration, the consultant tailors the search process and sets a timetable for the whole case. Because we realise that time is an essential factor to our clients we have streamlined our processes and emphasise careful process management - without compromising quality.
