The most relevant candidates are invited for personal meetings with the consultant responsible of the search. The purpose of the meetings is to verify each candidate's professional and personal background and increase the interest in the position. Besides in-depth interviews we do personality tests if the specific assignment calls for it.
If the recruitment is strictly confidential, naturally we do not disclose the identity of our client unless we are certain that the candidat is both qualified and interested - and in no circumstances before our client has given his acceptance to it.
When the interview phase is through, we coordinate a candidate presentation, that is meetings between our client and the best qualified candidates.
